Who builds your AI solutions?

Lukáš Lorenc

Co-founder & CEO

Lukáš has spent more than ten years in management and in setting up how companies actually run. At Laistra he leads AI and automation projects end to end – from the process audit through deployment to measuring the result. The centre of his work is not deploying a tool, but redesigning the process around it.

In his previous role he led the shift of several departments of an education company to AI-first operation: automating the review of student output saved 86% of the time with quality held, and a reworked course production system halved delivery time.

He first started rewriting processes at twenty-one, as deputy head of logistics in a retail chain – store replenishment and distribution routes, the kind of processes that until then worked only because people remembered them.

Anna Syrotiak

Co-founder & CTO

Anna builds the things that then actually run for the client: AI agents and multi-agent orchestration, automated processing of timesheets and invoices, document analysis, websites and web applications, technical SEO and GEO.

She has been doing SEO for years, long before AI – today she adds optimisation for AI search on top of it, so that a company gets found by ChatGPT or Gemini, not only by Google.

Concretely: a services company cut its monthly close from five days to one, and AI grading of student assignments runs at 98% accuracy, bringing review down from fifteen minutes per student to three. Alongside Laistra she heads AI at a Slovak IT education provider, where she built the AI function from zero.

Fifteen years in product and marketing before AI is the reason every solution starts with the question of business impact, and only then moves on to technology.
